Somerset Activity and Sports Partnership (SASP) has an exciting new position to join our team as a Senior Project Officer for Health. We are seeking a motivated, committed and enthusiastic individual with excellent knowledge of physical activity and health and project management experience in these sectors. The post holder should possess a passion for driving change across the system to support people living with long-term health conditions in Somerset to live happier, healthier and more active lives.
Salary: £31,000 to £32,900
Hours: Full Time

Following the success of our health development agenda which continues to bring exciting new commissioned service for SASP, we now require additional capacity in the form of a second Senior Project Officer. The post holder will pick up a number of work streams and develop strategic relationships and opportunities aimed at further embedding physical activity into secondary care, social care, voluntary and community networks across Somerset.
