You'll get to lead unique projects with over 200 million pounds of investments in our water and wastewater networks.
Your work will be crucial in Thames Water's Capital Delivery program and Turnaround plan.

What you'll be doing as a Senior Project Manager You'll be a client-side Senior Project Manager responsible for the investment from initial design through construction and completion.
Overall accountability for project programme, cost and quality and leading the project team to meet project objectives.
Establish a project health and safety culture and lead with a health and safety mindset.
Working collaboratively with our external supply chain and driving contractor performance.
Support the definition of solutions to meet the project objectives and be responsible for preparing a clear business case.
Effective liaison with the relevant town planning authorities and critical internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running and timely project delivery.
Contribute to steering project-wide continuous improvement and delivering against stretching targets.
Commercially manage all contract matters to achieve the optimal outcome for Thames Water.
Take accountability for governance compliance throughout the project's lifecycle, leading to a smooth transition into operational business.
Role Location: Varied across the Thames Water networks across London and the Home Counties.
A driving licence is crucial for this role, as well as access to a vehicle.
Working Hours: 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday What you should bring to the role Demonstrable track record of delivering complex projects in the built environment, infrastructure or utility industry.
An engineering or other relevant degree or qualification within a business or project management qualification.
Knowledgeable in managing contract specification preparation, tendering, and tender evaluation processes with experience in negotiation.
Demonstrate your capability with risk-based and analytical decision-making.
Confidence in speaking to all levels of external and internal stakeholders.
