The Role They are looking to expand their London development team by appointing a senior Project Manager who will join their close-knit team as a key player in leading their most exciting and challenging projects.
Every day will be different, ranging from delivering multiple projects at once to getting involved with the appraisal, procuring a contractor, and leading tender negotiations.
This person has the scope to move into the Director role when demonstrating readiness for the challenge.

What do you need to bring to the table? Project Management experience, ideally having taken a development or redevelopment scheme from RIBA stages 3/4 through to completion and handover.
Ability and willingness to grow and run a team going forward.

Commercially astute, able to focus on the business plan, and understanding the impacts of changes/delays/risks on overall profitability.
A thirst for learning and willingness to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a variety of stakeholders and external consultants, leading multiple projects with varying budgets.
