Senior Project Manager - Prime Residential Sector Independent Consultancy £75,000-£94,000 + bonus + benefits Central London with flex working This independent project consultancy have successfully delivered some of the most prestigious prime residential properties in London and SE England.

Role Highlights:
Working with HNWI's and their family offices, you will project manage high value residential refurbishment projects (sometimes listed) alongside renowned designers and consultants.
Contract values range £5-£100m per property and include;
- Luxury town houses and apartments in Central London
- Magnificent country mansions in SE England
About You
You will ideally be a chartered property professional with min 6 years' experience in project management consultancy.
Reporting to the MD, your role will cover all aspects of project management delivery plus client and team leadership.

Ideal candidate attributes:
Chartered MRICS, RIBA, MCIOB or equivalent Minimum 6 years' experience within project management Experience leading projects in the private sector, prime residential experience is advantageous but not essential Excellent interpersonal skills They offer:
