The Senior Project Manager based in the UK (either Fleet or Jersey) will be part of a global team providing Project Management services to Quantios customers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Quantios projects, providing governance and best practice project management that ensures successful implementations and supports customers deriving maximum value from their investment in Quantios products and services: Drive the delivery of Quantios projects following the Quantios project delivery framework and use of supporting artefacts in the execution of project engagement e2e across the delivery lifecycle.
Gain a full understanding of each project and its associated contractual delivery terms.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quantios project framework and artefacts.
Produce detailed Project Initiation/Scoping Document in conjunction with Quantios consultants and the customer.
Produce formal project timeline & resource-based implementation plans.
Prepare revenue forecast for the project based on allocation of required resources over the planned duration.
Conduct project meetings with customer executive representatives (Steering Group).
Provide assessment, reporting and recommendations on mitigation of risks and issues.
Provide regular auditing and reporting all key projects - typically this will include progress against target, risk evaluation (revenue, customer issues, internal issues, etc) Manage the project engagement and activities across Quantios teams engaged in a project or programme.
Ensure engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all project engagements.
Active management of project testing issues raised via project template tools.
Effectively communicating relevant project status information.
Providing best advice/expertise to project teams to ensure success.
Manage project budget, approve timesheet entries weekly and approve monthly invoicing for the customer.
Produce Monthly project status reports in support of the services invoice, along with a forecast of upcoming project activities/milestones and forecast spend in the coming month.
Follow the Quantios project delivery framework and use of supporting artefacts Contribute to the continuous improvement the Quantios project framework and artefacts Execute, document and share lessons learned as part of each project close down.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Experience of Programme and Project delivery to end customers of software solutions and products, ideally within a vendor delivery environment.
Delivery through Waterfall and Agile project delivery frameworks Customer-Centric Approach: Understanding the needs and requirements of the end-users or customers.
Excellent customer relationship and management skills Service Orientated approach to ensure the software solution meets customer expectations.
Management of project commercials, project budgets, forecasting and financial project reporting.
Managing multiple projects in parallel / large programmes with multiple workstreams and complex interdependencies Global project delivery experience Working with and across multiple project delivery teams and locations Experience with working with an international customer base.
