Senior Project Manager

My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on a £30m new build commercial development in Southampton.
The successful candidate will be coming in at PSCA stage, overseeing enabling works before main construction works on site.
My client has a proven track record in the commercial sector, delivering high-end projects nationally for prestigious clients.
You will be expected to: Manage the delivery of the project from PCSA, sub-contractor procurement and construction phase, through to PC and handover.
Manage your team resources, overseeing commercial, design and production.
Demonstrate knowledge and practical application of health & safety on site.
Liaise with the end client, ensuring they are kept up to speed on the progress of works.
Prepare and modify where necessary project plans and keep them updated over the course of the project.
To be considered, your CV must demonstrate a track record of delivering similar sized commercial projects as the number one on site.
You will be reporting to a visiting Operations Director.
This role is being offered on a permanent basis with a leading main contractor, paying up to £105k + Package.
