ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PENSION EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.What You'll Do:Drive successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.Lead and motivate teams while ensuring a positive project culture.Oversee a variety of projects, including regulatory changes, system updates, and client onboarding.Demonstrate a solid understanding of the pension lifecycle, including annual cycles, increases, and calculations.Chair project meetings and manage Business Analysts and Project Managers, ensuring effective collaboration.Maintain project governance by preparing project plans and producing PRINCE documents, risk logs, and action logs.Engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring strong management and communication.What We're Looking For:At least 2 years of project management experience in the pensions sector.Strong understanding of the pensions lifecycle and project governance.Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.PRINCE2 certification or equivalent experience is preferred.Whats on offer:Salary range: £52k to £78k depending on experience.Remote role across the UKBenefits: pension, enhanced life assurance, private medical insurance, 15 weeks fully paid maternity, adoption and shared parental leave, paternity pay of two weeks and much more.Why Join Us?This is your chance to work on impactful projects and advance your career in a supportive and flexible environment.
