Data Project Manager Data, CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP) – Transformation Location: Hampshire 2-3 days a week onsite Salary: Umbrella engagement up to £650 p/d Job Type: 6 month initial contract We are looking for an experienced Data Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Customer Data platform and marketing activation tool for our client, a prestigious B2C brand in Hampshire.
This critical role will focus on delivering a seamless, personalised customer experience across all channels by leveraging data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities of the Data Project Manager: Lead the delivery of a Customer Data strategy, including CDP, CRM, and Target Operating Model (TOM).
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, aligning with the Digital team to ensure seamless platform integration.
Drive the procurement and implementation of key platforms.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with business needs.
Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing strong project management, issue & risk management, and reporting.
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap, defining key milestones and aligning with wider digital aspirations.
The Data Project Manager will possess: Proven experience in delivering complex digital and data programmes.
Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore.
Strong background in project management, vendor engagement, and platform procurement.
