I am currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join my client, a globally recognized construction consultancy.
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead complex data centre projects across multiple regions, working with industry-leading clients in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale data centre construction projects from inception to completionOversee project teams, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategiesEnsure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsDrive project governance and reporting processesManage client relationships and stakeholder communicationsMentor and develop junior project management staffRequired Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5+ years construction project management experienceProven track record delivering data centre projectsStrong understanding of mission critical facilities and associated MEP systemsExperience managing projects valued at £50m+Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routesStrong commercial and financial management capabilitiesOutstanding leadership and stakeholder management skillsPackage & Benefits Competitive base salary: £65,000 - £85,000Performance-related bonusCar allowancePrivate healthcarePension schemeProfessional membership fees coveredFlexible working arrangements25 days annual leave + bank holidaysCareer development opportunitiesCompany Culture
