Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Commercial Team, based in our London office in Kings Cross.
The Senior Project Manager is a core team member of the Commercial team and works closely with the Commercial Director, the Commercial Leads (New Business Managers and Commercial Managers), and Group Leaders.
This role is involved in all projects until a contract is closed and handed over to the Design Management team.
Following that point, they maintain awareness of the project through its lifecycle and take any learnings as strategic input into future project setups.
Success in this role lies in a collaborative partnership with the Commercial Leads and other key internal stakeholders.
The Senior Project Manager will help to define and drive overarching approaches and principles on how we deliver and manage our designs depending on the type of project and proposal.
They will inform the studio's suite of project management processes and templates while mentoring and empowering the Commercial Leads to improve overall team efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
This, in turn, will help the Senior Project Manager to focus its efforts on bids of significant scale, impact, and complexity, and to lead the strategic direction.
