A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, based in Victoria, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
The successful Senior Project Manager will join a strong, close-knit team working in a variety of private sectors.
About the role: The successful Senior Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery.
This will initially focus on commercial, hotels, and residential projects, but with a strong pipeline, there is potential to diversify.
The role would ideally suit someone with a proven track record in similar sectors of the industry.
The role will vary from bespoke one-off projects, large collaborative schemes, and account managing for a long-term, high-profile client.
The successful Senior Project Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company, with a path to Associate Director expected within 18 months to two years.
About the requirements: Extensive experience in managing a range of projects in various sectors, ideally including commercial, hotels, and residential.
5-10 years of experience.
Capable of managing a very demanding client.
A balance of working on new builds and refurbishments is ideal.
Exceptional client-facing skills are prerequisite, as is the ability to manage projects of varying value.
