Job Description:
We have embarked on an extraordinary journey to create a new museum for London.
The museum will sit in atmospheric former market buildings – over 30,000sqm – at the heart of one of the capital's most historic and creative quarters, Smithfield.
The Senior Project Manager is a key member of the New Museum Project Management Office, working in collaboration with colleagues across the museum alongside architects, exhibition design teams, and wider stakeholders to make this ambitious project a reality.
This role will hold responsibility for a number of key programmes of work as we move forward with design, construction and operational readiness for the New Museum.
We are looking for a confident leader who has significant experience of delivering capital projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get the best out of multidisciplinary teams.
This is an incredibly exciting role with the opportunity to be part of one of the largest cultural projects in Europe and will transform the museum, Smithfield and the City of London.
