Hybrid Working - London - 2 days a week on site. Lorien's leading banking client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and play a pivotal role in our key D365 delivery.
This role is based in London and will be via Umbrella.
What You'll Do As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee high-profile projects, ensuring the seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions into our banking ecosystem. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions, align technology with business goals, and drive value for our customers.Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale D365 integration projects on time and within budget, adhering to the bank's governance framework.Stakeholder Engagement: Broker conversations between business modelling teams, technical architects, and operational teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.Solution Design: Collaborate with solutions design teams to craft robust and scalable technical architectures that meet business requirements.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution.Commercial Banking Expertise: Leverage your understanding of commercial banking products, services, and operations to align project outcomes with business strategy.Risk and Issue Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project success.Change Management: Lead change management activities to drive adoption and maximise the value of delivered solutions.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally within commercial banking.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and its integration capabilities.Demonstrated ability to facilitate conversations between technical and business teams.Expertise in solution design and translating business needs into technical requirements.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.In-depth understanding of commercial banking operations, products, and services.Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
