Senior Project Manager (Asset Sales & Acquisitions) Salary: £53,299 to £56,104 Location: Farringdon We have an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Asset Management Team, within the Regeneration Division, to lead on the delivery of our ambitious asset sales and acquisitions programme.
This is a great opportunity for someone with evidenced experience of managing complex asset programmes, commercial negotiation and residential sales, to deliver a programme that contributes directly to the MTVH corporate financial plan, with the programme this year forecast to deliver over £40m of income.
The Senior Project Manager will lead a team of skilled and experienced Project Officers and will be responsible for identification of properties for sale, undertaking financial and option appraisals, obtaining necessary stakeholder approvals and progressing properties through the sale journey to completion, ensuring best practice in respect of valuation, legal due diligence, stakeholder engagement and governance.
The role is front facing and fast paced and requires key skills in respect of organisation, discipline, communication, analysis, interpretation and reporting of data and information – numerical, financial, and legal to help inform decision making and provide assurance to senior leaders and Executive.
An understanding of the property market in respect of viability, sales practices and buyer profiles will be essential.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Asset Management and work closely with the Director of Regeneration & Strategic Asset Management, Strategic Asset Managers and colleagues from Customer Services, Property and Finance on a daily basis.
You will provide line management to two Project Officers and provide thought leadership to continue to evolve the MTVH Strategic Asset Management Plan.
