We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a flagship, multi-phase development project spanning the next 17 years.
This project involves a new build retail space with 3 storeys for parking above, followed by a further 4 floors of residential units. Additionally, there will be 6 blocks of RC frame apartments ranging between 8 and 15 storeys, totaling 473 units. Construction is set to start on site in early 2026 and is currently at RIBA stage 3 design. In 2030, work will commence on the opposite side of the road, where Tesco is currently located. This site will include the demolition of the existing store and the construction of 1677 traditionally built houses, with the project extending to 2041.
This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who aspires to progress to Project Director and eventually Construction Director for the region. Candidates must have experience on similar schemes.
