King's Directorate of Estates & Facilities is a key enabler of the university's Strategic Vision 2029 and has created a strategy which demonstrates their intent and sets out how the Estates & Facilities team will support the ambition of the university's strategic vision.
Reporting to the Associate Director for Real Estate Development, the Senior Project Manager will lead a wide range of construction, redevelopment and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion ensuring the University's property portfolio continues to provide world-class facilities for students, researchers, staff and the wider community.
We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and capable individual with a demonstrable track record in leading and managing estates projects from inception to completion, with proven experience in overseeing brief development, design development, procurement and contract administration of projects in the £1m to £50m value range.
Experience of working on technically complex buildings and facilities (such as laboratory, healthcare or academic facilities) would be advantageous.
