Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) team in London. In this dynamic role, you'll oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from start to finish, working with some of the industry's most high-profile clients. Our PDS team is a collaborative, fast-growing department that provides a "one-stop shop" for Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Interior Design, Building Surveying, and Engineering services.
Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead a variety of fast-track Category A and B fit-outs, overseeing all phases from initial client engagement and concept development to project completion. Manage the design, procurement, and construction phases to deliver projects on time and within budget.Cultivate and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients, representing Cushman & Wakefield in the market. Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and alignment with client objectives.Actively contribute to business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting pitches, and negotiating project terms.Work closely with internal teams across Cushman & Wakefield's service lines to provide clients with comprehensive real estate solutions. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver seamless service.Deliver on profitability targets by managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring efficient billing practices. Support cross-selling opportunities with other departments to drive revenue growth.Maintain project compliance with internal quality standards, health and safety guidelines, and relevant regulations. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring a seamless, high-quality delivery for clients.Key Skills and Expertise Required: Demonstrated experience managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, particularly for occupiers and investor clients.Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships at a senior level, including handling pitches and presentations.Bachelor's degree, ideally with MRICS or an equivalent professional qualification in fit-out project management.Expertise in project management tools, including AutoCAD and MS Project.
