Role Overview: As the Senior Project Manager at Evotra you will drive successful delivery of change initiatives for our clients. You will collaborate with colleagues, third party vendors and clients to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Project Initiatives: Manage and drive complex project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and organisational objectives. Collaborative Team Management: Foster a collaborative environment by leading cross-functional teams, encouraging diverse perspectives, and ensuring inclusive participation in project discussions. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, including those up to board level, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Budget and Resource Management: Perform accurate estimates for project budgets and resources, ensuring effective allocation and management throughout the project lifecycle. Steering Presentations: Prepare and deliver steering presentations to key stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, challenges, and solutions. Project Governance: Set up project governance structures and delivery frameworks to ensure effective oversight and accountability throughout the project. Third-Party Collaboration: Manage relationships and projects involving third-party software vendors, ensuring their deliverables align with project requirements and timelines. Functional and Data Migration Management: Oversee projects that span both functional and data migration workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of results. Knowledge Sharing: Leverage your expertise and insights to mentor team members, enhancing the overall knowledge base of the organisation. Advocate for innovative solutions and creative problem-solving approaches that drive project success and enhance client satisfaction. Skills and Experience: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building working relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in preparing steering presentations. Project management experience in the consulting sector, preferably within wealth management or financial services. Demonstrable experience in setting up project governance and delivery frameworks. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under pressure. Qualifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
