Senior Project Manager

We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Project Manager in the Residential sector to join one of the UK's most fast-growing property services groups. The company specializes in the HA & BTR sectors, with a track record of delivering exceptional quality homes for demanding clients. Due to internal promotion, we are urgently seeking a very experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a well-run project on the south coast, leading the established site team to complete a fast-paced scheme while taking control of pre-construction for the next major project.

Requirements: Extensive experience of mid-rise timber frame residential projects. Living within daily commute of the East Sussex coast. Immediately available candidates preferred. The company is eager to develop strong teams and offer good opportunities for training, development, and progression.
