Our Civil and Infrastructure division is an integral part of the larger TW Group of Companies. Role Overview Based in Cambridge and reporting to the Managing Director, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and manage critical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets. As our Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver successful outcomes and drive the business forward.

What does this look like? Oversee and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to guide the team and meet client expectations. Lead project teams, including assigning tasks, managing deliverables, and ensuring team collaboration. Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement contingency plans to ensure project success. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Manage client relationships, including regular updates, managing expectations, and handling escalations when necessary. Prepare and present reports on project progress, issues, and solutions to senior management. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains. What do you need to succeed? Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Strong experience in Civil Construction. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make decisions under pressure. Proficiency in project management tools. What do we offer?
