Senior Project Manager

Details of the offer

Lead and manage high-rise residential or commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee on-site safety compliance, coordinating with site supervisors and enforcing all health and safety protocols.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and sub-trades to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including assistant project managers and site supervisors.
Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders, detailing progress, budget updates, and any key issues.
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to minimize project delays.

PMP, Gold Seal Certification, or similar designation preferred.
10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-rise or multi-story residential/commercial construction.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and team dynamics in a high-pressure environment.
Strong knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
As the Senior High-Rise Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of high-rise residential and commercial projects, from pre-construction through project close-out.
This is a strategic role, where you'll manage project timelines, budgets, safety protocols, and team performance.
You will be based out of KWC but will work closely with teams on-site and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
