In the 3P Heavy Bulky businesswe are constantly innovating to deliver best-in-class experienceincluding premium services Scheduled Delivery (SD), Room of Choice(RoC), and additional services like installation, unpacking,recycling etc.
to our customers that buy products such as fridges,sofas, large screen TVs, furniture etc.
SellerFlex enables 3P HeavyBulky Sellers to provide FBA parity customer experience whilstshipping from their own warehouse.
The role will be responsible todefine and execute strategies to bridge Customer and Sellerexperience gaps, and scale the EU SellerFlexprogram.
What is the role?
You willjoin us as a Senior Project Manager and will be responsible tolaunch and scale the Multi SellerFlex (MSF) in EU, a $1Bn+opportunity.
Key responsibilities will include defining the Go ToMarket Strategy, owning the project end-to-end.
You will owninitiatives to improve EU HB Customer and Sellerexperience.
This role can be flexiblyperformed from London, Luxembourg, Munich, Madrid, orMilan.
Key job responsibilities 1)Launch Multi SellerFlex (MSF) in EU in collaboration with techteams to deliver UAT (bug detection) in test environment and leadlive testing with selected 3PLs/Sellers 2) Identify,assess and onboard qualified 3PLs to MSF 3) Developseller recruitment playbook and liaise with CN and EU Country Teamsto identify and pitch MSF to eligible CN Sellers 4) Ownongoing performance management of MSF 3PLs, including Toplinegoals BASICQUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Fluency inChinese and English language - Experience in program orproject management - Experience owning program strategy,end to end delivery, and communicating results to seniorleadership - Experience using data and metrics todetermine and drive improvements - Experience definingprogram requirements and using data and metrics to determineimprovements - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediatelevel (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups,nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas,etc.)
