Senior Project Manager/Director

Senior Project Manager/ Director Permanent role Based Birmingham My client is an employee owned project and cost management consultancy working throughout the UK.
Based in Birmingham this consultancy delivers large scale strategic, commercial schemes across the UK for both the public and private sectors.
You will be working on size schemes ranging from 1 to 200 million in value.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Industrial & Logistics market to come in at Senior PM or Director level.
Working in commercial development the role will be client facing, independently project managing schemes.
You'll need to perform an employers agent function.
We are looking for • Experience of working with medium to large scale private sector developers.
• Good client relationship skills as well as a track record of delivery.
