Senior Project Manager - Data Centres

Senior Project Manager – Data Centres Location: London The London based project management team that specializes in the Data Centre sector of this leading built environment consultant is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to deliver a Data Centre project in the UK.

This role will involve delivering the day-to-day project management service from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.
The principal deliverables are to manage the project to meet the client's brief and support delivery on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality and system resilience.

Ideal candidates will be chartered members of RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or MICE and proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly MS Project and/or Asta PowerProject.

You must be articulate in dealing with complex issues through all RIBA stages of a construction project.
Additionally, you should demonstrate ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, while exhibiting commercial awareness and the ability to lead the project team to complete projects within agreed timelines.
