We are looking for a pro-active and self-motivated Senior Project Manager with a logical and structured approach to managing complex projects with a multitude of stakeholders.
An understanding of the technical inputs required from a design and/or contractor team to overcome problems at the pre-contract and post-contract stages is essential, as is experience in contract administration.
We would like a team player who recognizes the value they bring to our business and our clients' projects and programmes – someone to work collaboratively with others and exemplify high standards of delivery.
We have live projects in London, Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Surrey, and Kent, with many more in the pipeline.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
As a Senior Project Manager, your range of tasks will include:
Conducting background research, data collection, and benchmarking Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project Producing project plans Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators Tracking and documenting changes Preparing formal project progress and other reports Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers Attending meetings and drafting minutes Other responsibilities include: Preparing presentation materials for client pitches Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Project Manager/Building Surveyor with consultancy experience on public sector projects including housing associations or CAT A fit-out Experience with heritage projects is highly beneficial Ideally, professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
