Senior Project Manager – Banking & Payments
Location: UK (Travel Required)
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 up to 20% bonus

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in managing end-to-end technical delivery in the Financial Services sector, particularly within the real-time payments space.

About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in delivering seamless integration of advanced payment solutions for leading financial institutions across the UK and Europe.
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and agile product teams, you'll ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge technology that simplifies and accelerates banking transformation.
This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with Tier 1 banks, contribute to high-growth initiatives, and work in an environment that values agility, collaboration, and technical excellence.

What You'll Do: Lead full life-cycle project delivery, managing planning, resourcing, risk, and issue resolution.
Act as a key interface between our technology teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Guide clients through agile methodologies, blending agile and waterfall approaches where necessary.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
Ensure robust governance through detailed contract review and adherence to industry best practices.
What You Bring: Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish, with the flexibility to travel across the UK and Europe as needed.
Experience: Demonstrated success in project management within a B2B financial services context, ideally in real-time payments or banking transformation.
Agile Expertise: Extensive experience in feature-based product delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DSDM).
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Jira/Confluence and familiarity with multi-vendor delivery scenarios.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
Leadership: Strong team leadership skills with a passion for driving best practices and high-performance delivery.
