A Darlington based or close to, FM Project Manager required for a global property company.

The ideal experience for this particular role would have an electrical background.

Being an experienced Project Manager who is able to run projects from cradle to grave and manage all the financial aspect is essential to the success of this role.
As well as being highly commercial, and driven.

This is a very lucrative role set within a fast paced and exciting business.
As with all projects role, there is an element of sales.
