Reporting to the Project Manager for the Major Projects business.This position could be suited for an adaptable, methodical and tenacious person that is looking to utilise their technical and project management skills in a new career.ResponsibilitiesPrepare Prysmian Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) or review the subcontractor's documents.Organize Lift Plan for lifts being undertaken by Prysmian or review the subcontractor's documents.Undertake daily risk assessments.Issue permits to Prysmian or the subcontractor's operatives for high risk activities (e.g.
: excavation, working at height, etc…)Undertake regular Sensible Monitoring.Witness all operations, inspections or tests required by the ITP, confirm it is being undertaken in line with the procedure and criteria stated and ensure a copy of the required record is taken.Where required, formally invite the client to the witness location using an Inspection Notification form.Complete a Non-Conformance Report for all non-conformance encountered during the course of the work.Create and maintain a snagging list, summarizing the outstanding items needing rectifying.Before work starts, prepare a report on the condition of the work surrounding area.
