They are currently looking for a Senior Project Architect to lead and manage high-profile projects from initial concept through to completion.
In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create designs that are not only functional and visually engaging but also aligned with clients' visions and goals.

Position Overview: As a Senior Architect, you will oversee a dedicated design team and take full responsibility for managing projects from inception to final handover.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients and stakeholders to shape project concepts that meet their expectations and needs.
Collaborate across design teams to convert concepts into planning application packages, technical drawings, and construction documents for tender and build phases.
Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct site visits and chair project review meetings as required.
Coordinate with contractors and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
Candidate Requirements: ARB/RIBA-registered Architect with a minimum of five years of experience post-Part 3 qualification.
Proven track record in managing complex projects, ideally with experience in the education or healthcare sectors.
Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant expertise and project leadership.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
