Senior Production Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production operative/warehouse operative to join a well established business based in Grantham on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role is working 6am-2.30pm Monday to Friday however flexibility is essential.
Job duties: Operating Machinery following procedures Training new employees and completing relevant documentationQuality controlPerforming routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery, including troubleshooting and minor repairs, to ensure continuous operation.Manual handling of products throughout the warehouseUsing hand held toolsComplete production and quality control documentation, including recording machine settings, production quantities, and any deviations from standards.Other duties as required.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role working and leading a team.
Great attention to detail as well as PC skills are essential for this role.
