Talented People is working on a Senior Production Manager role for a startup in the digital space, plugging the gap between TV broadcast and digital publishing.
This is a truly innovative company, needing open-minded talent with a positive, can-do attitude to add to its very small but already successful team.
KEY COMPANY SKILLS: Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously Familiar with all social media platforms and their various specs (must at least have basic understanding of this) Collaborative, positive attitude and solution-focused (essential) Open to new ways of working not done before Aware of the digital world Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - keeping a cool head is a non-negotiable Able to navigate new production situations with an open mind Ideally, you'd have worked on projects for Channel 4.0 or with brands like JD Sports, Footasylum or similar who are breaking the mould in the branded/social space.
You'll be working closely with the Head of Production in a super busy role.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Running the production on projects and managing the budget, flagging issues as soon as they arise Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met Overseeing production paperwork, production processes and renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary Providing creative solutions to issues Scoping for upcoming projects Representing company values and ways of working ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Used to high volume shoot days Used to high volume deliverable lists Attention to detail in budget management and shoot coordination Use the 'Apply Now ' button to send us your CV and a succinct cover note highlighting your relevant experience.
