Senior Product Manager – Warehouse Optimisation

Details of the offer

Salt have re-partnered with one of the UK's leading retail businesses as they revamp their Product and Tech teams, shaping their supply chain products for colleagues and customers across the UK.

They're looking for two experienced Senior Product Managers to shape the vision and strategy for this 40-person team, owning their Enterprise platform products and launching innovative 0-1 products that drive business value, profits, and save costs across the organization with immediate impact.

You'll work closely with an experienced Head of Product, supporting them in driving better product processes across the team, adopting a test and learn approach to shipping products, and ensuring a laser focus on moving the metrics that matter. You will also have direct exposure to the SLT, representing product across key stakeholder groups and aligning them on the overarching product strategy for the group.

This is a highly impactful role with the opportunity to leave a lasting impression on part of the business that is being heavily invested in over the coming years, with ample opportunities for career progression.

Ideally, they would like to find a Senior Product Manager who is a subject matter expert in warehouse processes and supply chain technologies, able to identify opportunities, helping the team see the value, setting the direction, and innovating across the technical debt that exists.

Here are a few key pieces of experience they're looking for:

Experience working as a Product Manager with a background in shaping warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology products. A demonstrable interest and passion for solving problems within supply chain. Track record of designing, implementing, and coaching modern product practices. Exemplary stakeholder management skills, able to bring non-technical stakeholders on the journey. A true passion for understanding the end user and their pain points. The position is hybrid-based, with three days a week in their East Midlands Distribution HQ.

The interview process is split across three rounds:

TA Partner Intro call Hiring Manager competency interview Final Leadership/stakeholder interview There is a generous package on offer, including up to 40% bonus, 18% pension contribution, share save scheme, and colleague discounts.

If you're an experienced Product Manager with expertise across warehouse technologies, supply chain, or logistics and you're interested in working for one of the UK's best-loved brands, then please apply today for a confidential call to discuss the role further.
