Position We are looking for a creative and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team of experienced professionals dedicated to improving user experiences and making healthcare more accessible for our members.

Job Duties Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer interactions across multiple touchpoints and channels.
Analyzing customer feedback, surveys, and data to identify customer pain points and different ways to improve the customer journey and create a positive experience.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, engineering, pharmacists, fulfillment, and the customer service team, to align customer experience efforts with business goals and objectives.
Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Utilizing user feedback, analytics, and user behavior data to drive iterative improvements and maintain a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
Partnering with our UX Research team, employing design thinking methodologies, and leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for simplification and differentiation in the app experience.
Developing and driving the product roadmap, communicating plans, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders at all levels, emphasizing the importance of delivering value to our customers and a great experience.
Qualifications & Experience A degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields; or significant experience working with tech teams.
4+ years of experience as a product manager, including multiple roadmap cycles.
Extensive understanding of mobile and web platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present concepts, ideas, and insights to the project team and clients.
Background in project research and management, and a strong portfolio of design projects.
Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools to drive product decisions; capable of independent data gathering and analysis.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with customer care, fulfillment operations, marketing, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
Excited about working in a startup, learning, and solving problems without getting constrained by current knowledge or experience.

The annual compensation is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and alignment to the market.
