Job DescriptionAs the Senior Product Manager for Shared Services, you will define and manage the strategy and roadmap for Third Bridge's systems that support the Growth, Finance, People Operations and Legal & Compliance business areas (Shared Services). You will collaborate with the SaaS Operations team and key stakeholders for those business areas to define a Shared Services strategy and roadmap for all systems, including the major SaaS platform for customer relationship management (CRM), HR information system (HRIS), business process management (BPM), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) capabilities. You will play a key role in supporting Third Bridge's commercial efforts, delivering Shared Services functionality that supports running the business and delivering the products and services to clients.
Key Responsibilities: Own and manage Third Bridge's Shared Services roadmap, including setting a clear vision for each business area's target state, developing a robust capability gap analysis, and prioritising technology initiatives that yield maximum near-term impact for the business while delivering Third Bridge to its desired target state as quickly as possible.Ensure the Shared Services roadmap is informed by a clear, comprehensive, institutionally shared understanding of relevant business requirements.Ensure the Shared Services technology strategy aligns with the Shared Services strategy and roadmap.Form strong relationships with Commercial Operations, Finance, People Operations, Legal & Compliance, Information Security, Integration and business units.Collaborate with other Third Bridge Product Owners to identify and prioritise the Shared Services initiatives best suited to support their various roadmaps and business objectives.Work with Shared Services and other Delivery Teams to implement both roadmap initiatives and business as usual changes.Actively inform and coordinate the effective incorporation of CRM, HRIS, BPM, and ERP considerations, constraints, and opportunities across all relevant product domains and roadmaps.Primary accountability for defining CRM, HRIS, BPM and ERP solutions that are capable of delivering on Third Bridge's quality requirements for customer and enterprise data.Participate in relevant governance forums to ensure the effective coordination across the organisation of relevant efforts impacting the effectiveness or resilience of Third Bridge's Shared Service systems.Ensure that Third Bridge's Shared Services technology solution implementations are fully compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, or other compliance requirements.Embed effective monitoring and reporting practices within the design of our Shared Services technology solutions to support ongoing business performance tracking and enable continuous process improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in product management, preferably with at least 5 years of material experience managing CRM, ERP, or BPM technology tools – with significant experience managing Salesforce deployments in particular being critical.Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Aha, Confluence).Demonstrable knowledge or certification in data management and/or process improvement is desirable.Essential Skills:Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across technical and non-technical audiences.Effective leadership skills, ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making & identify product opportunities.Focused user-centric thinking, demonstrating the ability to define and prioritise features based on user needs and feedback to ensure value is delivered to the business.Up to date market awareness, with strong understanding of current CRM/ ERP/ EPM/ HRIS trends and emerging capabilities in particular.Additional InformationHow will you be rewarded?
