Location: London or Kings-Hill-based with hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office). All roles will involve occasional travel to both office locations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Product team during a period of expansion as we look to bring in new roles to support our organisation's vision and ambitions. This Senior Product Manager role is focused on the intersection of our regulatory requirements and product functionality; ensuring good customer and charitable outcomes alongside regulatory compliance.
What you'll do We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our product regulation strategy and ensure that CAF product solutions comply with the relevant regulatory standards whilst delivering value to our customers and stakeholders. This role will be responsible for defining and detailing the requirements for product regulatory activities, such as customer due diligence, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring.
As Senior Product Manager, you will: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for CAF products that covers our current and future regulatory requirements. Over time, this should include a gap analysis, solution design, vendor selection, implementation, and ongoing monitoring.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, partner and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.Produce detailed requirements for CAF's Transformation programme relating to product regulatory activities and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure good outcomes for CAF and its customers.Participate in and support the Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centered on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.Who you'll be This role is for you if you have proven experience in product management / development, particularly in the context of financial services and charitable regulation. You will have a strong knowledge of the regulatory environment and the impact of changes on our products and services and will use this insight to define and execute our product regulation strategy roadmap.
