We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is very familiar with the core payment flows of receiving money in, holding a balance, paying money out and issuing cards, to drive this new initiative.
This is a high-profile initiative, with ambitious delivery timelines, and will effectively set payments up as a new line of business.
The role - what you'll do: The Senior Product Manager - Payments is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and optimisation of seamless, secure, and scalable payment solutions that meet diverse user needs and regulatory requirements across markets.
The PM will work proactively with senior leaders across the business to understand, shape and deliver their strategic priorities, as well as lead complex initiatives of their own.
Lead, shape and deliver payments across our use cases and markets, leveraging a partner for the payment processing; You will own the roadmap for the Payments product team, and work closely with other teams to deliver on this agenda and North Star metric; Lead across Design, Research, Engineering & Analytics to ensure our work is well designed and scoped, to maximise perceived value and usability, and manage delivery risk; Manage implementation across our core markets, UK, France, Canada/US, and Australia, as well as non-core markets in EU, South Africa, and APAC; Closely manage the implementation support provided by our payments provider; Leverage your expertise in payments and compliance considerations to identify and manage risks for timely and quality delivery.
About you - what we are looking for: 5+ years in product management, with a proven track record in delivering impactful solutions.
Strong background in business payments or implementing payment flows within B2B platforms, ideally with experience using payment partners to build seamless workflows across core use cases; Familiar with diverse market requirements and user behaviours, with a commercial mindset that supports strategic, data-driven decisions; Adept in Agile methodologies and discovery techniques, with practical experience translating insights into product improvements; Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting and collaborating with C-level executives and senior stakeholders; Background in B2B SaaS, ideally with experience working alongside integration partners to deliver essential functionality; Familiarity with accounting practices will be a plus.
