We are looking for multiple senior-level product managers for our newly built enterprise and client platforms.
These roles can be based in: London or Manchester - HYBRID.
The ideal candidate will have significant financial services experience within the banking industry, with a focus on one or more of the following disciplines: Data Product - Expertise in data and analytics Digital Product - Expertise in digital platforms (web, mobile, etc) Technical Product - Expertise in technical platforms Financial Product - Expertise in investment banking, lending, payments, etc Experience/Service - Expertise in client journeys, channels, services You will have an impact in the following ways: Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, prioritize initiatives, goal-setting, and create the evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery.
Understand the client's needs and objectives, introduce new ways of working, being productive, and soliciting feedback.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g.
UX, Engineering, and Business groups) to define criteria.
Drive product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
Define product metrics, measure performance, and use data to inform product decisions.
Manage a team of Product Owners and/or scrum teams.
