Payments Product Manager - Hybrid (London Based) - Fintech InterQuest are currently working with a fully licensed UK bank, specialising in BaaS for FinTechs and SME Lending solutions for UK businesses.
The bank delivers a wide range of services, including accounts, real-time multi-currency payments, open banking, acquiring and FX solutions.
As such, they are now looking for a payments focused Product Manager to join the team in 2025.
The role is based in London, initially 3 days a week in the office, with further travel potentially required across the year.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Product roadmap.
Enhance and review product features to ensure they meet evolving market demands and technological advancements.
Formulate and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
Work closely with multiple functions; (sales, marketing, risk and compliance) to ensure product offerings are technically feasible, marketable, and compliant with regulations.
Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting for product development and marketing initiatives.
Experience: Experience in the Payments Sector is desirable (ideally 5 years) Understanding all aspects card acquiring end-to-end from scheme rules, pricing to risk & real-time transaction processing.
Comfortable in communicating with all levels of stakeholders from C-Suite, Engineering, Marketing, Risk & Sales.
