Read more about our story here: www.zincwork.com/mission What The Role Is As Senior Product Manager at Zinc, you will drive big-picture impact in a fast-scaling environment alongside talented tech and design teams.
You'll own the vision for key product areas, working directly with customers to shape innovative, high-impact solutions that push the future of work forward.

Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate alignment across development, design, and customer teams.
Lead Customer and Market Research: Conduct research to ensure the product meets market and customer needs.
Set and Track Product Goals: Establish and monitor OKRs for measurable success.
Manage Product Roadmap: Prioritise short-term needs with long-term strategy, adjusting as needed.
Drive Product Vision: Develop and communicate a vision that aligns with Zinc's mission.
Analyse and Leverage Data: Use product data and feedback to inform decisions and validate outcomes.
Lead Demos and Reviews: Present updates to stakeholders, gathering feedback for direction.
Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain focus.
Advocate for Quality and UX: Ensure high quality and a seamless experience for users.
Define and Document Requirements: Write clear specs to ensure team alignment on problems and solutions.

We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.
Salary - £70,000 You Have Product Sense: To translate customer insights into clear, impactful product requirements that resonate with both user needs and team goals.
Product Strategy: To guide Zinc's long-term vision, prioritising initiatives that support sustainable growth beyond short-term wins.
Data Analysis: To assess and validate objectives with measurable outcomes, ensuring the product's success is data-driven.
Interviewing Skills: To effectively gather valuable customer insights and translate them into actionable product direction.
You Are Pragmatic: To balance ambition with feasibility, delivering impactful solutions within available resources and timelines.
Empathetic: To understand and advocate for customer and team needs, ensuring the product addresses real pain points.
Autonomous: To independently drive projects and make informed decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Communicative: To facilitate collaboration, pitch ideas clearly, and maintain alignment across teams and with stakeholders.
