Strong verbal and written communication are a must.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment, or in a consulting capacity is a plus.
Role Responsibilities As a Product Manager at Valtech, you will be responsible for ensuring our teams are building the right thing; products that meet business objectives, deliver value to users and are commercially viable.
You'll work in close collaboration with designers, engineers, strategists, delivery leads and partner with client stakeholders to define the product strategy, clarify priorities, validate hypotheses, align around measures of success, and more, to go from idea to successful implementation.
Our Product Managers have the opportunity to take on our most complex projects and may work in a product leadership role within a programme team.
Outside of project work, you will also contribute regularly towards our Product Practice, sharing knowledge and coaching colleagues on how to implement best practices.
Minimum Qualifications A passion for creating world-class digital products and services.
Excellent organisation and proactivity, with a strong attention to detail.
A track record of working collaboratively with colleagues and clients flexibly and adaptably, with a 'can-do' approach to solving problems.
A "test and learn" mentality and a desire to constantly improve your skills.
A track record of planning and delivering successful end-to-end products, with a history of results and the impact they've made.
Led the definition of product vision and strategy.
Led the planning and execution of product discoveries.
A track record of leading successful delivery teams using different Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
Experience of preparing and facilitating workshops.
Experience building strong relationships with clients and unlocking new commercial opportunities.
Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid way from one of our UK office locations as well as the flexibility to travel occasionally to client sites.
