About the role You would be joining an exciting team of engineers and product designers based in our headquarters in Soho, London.

Someone who loves complex problem solving Prior experience working in B2B product development Adaptability and resilience in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment with shifting priorities and demands Your Responsibilities Driving product roadmap and highlighting key features/improvements required over time Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the product development process Establishing clear, detailed requirements for the product, including user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria Collecting and analysing product feedback through various sources, such as user testing, analytics, customer support interactions, and market data Gaining a thorough understanding of the product's vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's broader goals, and seeking innovative ways to enhance its synergy with other offerings within the company Performing market research to identify customer needs, analyse market trends, and assess the competition.
This includes gathering customer feedback, analysing data, and staying informed on industry changes What We Look For 7+ years of experience as a product manager within fast paced startups, ideally within the fintech sector A proactive mindset, comfortable with taking full ownership of initiatives A strong enthusiasm for creating new processes and pushing beyond conventional boundaries Exceptional communication skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders Highly detail-oriented with a logical and organised approach to problem-solving Advanced analytical skills, using data and metrics to inform and guide decision-making Strong collaboration and communication abilities to effectively influence and align cross-functional teams Demonstrated success in launching and overseeing products across all stages of the product lifecycle What you'll get Equity scheme Private health insurance Generous paid leave + public holidays Private pension matching contribution We can sponsor Tier 2 work visas as required Sponsored Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) courses
