Overview of the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our (Product) Design Team - working alongside our VP of Design and our CEO, as well as collaborating with our Growth and Client Delivery organizations to receive their (and their clients') feedback. You will be championing our product with shiny demos, iterating on design mockups, and documenting requirements for the technical team.
The role includes the following:Work with our CEO on determining the roadmap and prioritiesTranslate client and internal feedback into actionable requirements by creating user stories and mock upsWork closely with our Design team for UX iterations, ensuring the design matches the requirementsCompile collateral (including guides, FAQs, and videos) to promote new/upcoming featuresBe the "go-to" person for all platform-related inquiries internally and externallyRun monthly product demos in collaboration with our Product Marketing ManagerRun product feedback sessionsThe ideal candidate should have:6+ years of experience with product design from start to finish, ideally in a b2b SaaS setting4+ years of experience working with b2b clientsPassion to run and lead, in a startup environment (Startup experience is a plus)Technical acumen and curiosity to clearly articulate the technical details of our productGood eye for UX designGreat presentation and marketing skills to clearly share our product details with the worldStrategic marketing view to understanding what clients need/wantThe ideal candidate should be located and authorized to work in the UKWhat Do We Offer?Manager position in a fast-growing global tech startupOpportunity to work with top-notch global clients across the worldFriendly, helpful, and smart teamHybrid working opportunity with a cozy office in Kensington High Street, LondonInternational environment and inclusive cultureCompetitive base salary and attractive stock optionsFlexibility to set your own schedule and agenda#LI-HYBRID
