About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager who will engage with our whole team and our customers to deeply understand the opportunities in front of us and collaborate within a cross functional team to explore their value.
We believe that the fastest route to great products is to deeply understand the value we are trying to unlock and test our assumptions as quickly as possible. This enables us to learn rapidly, adjust effectively and bring products to our customers which truly delight them.
We want a product person who will nurture relationships through transparent and clear communication. We are looking for somebody who always tackles the biggest risks first, who falls in love with problems, not solutions and who makes decisions supported by robust data.

ResponsibilitiesBe truth seeking: Ask insightful questions and challenge assumptions. Work closely with teams across Titanbay to gather data and insights. Translate these into testable hypotheses, ensuring that our decisions are driven by evidence and a deep understanding of the private markets.Be customer obsessed: Champion the voice of the customer in all product decisions. Gather feedback from our investors, partners in Private Banks and Wealth Managers and internal teams. Seek out insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and ensure we're solving the right problems.Show ownership: Take full responsibility for your product area. Drive progress from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring every decision aligns with both customer needs and Titanbay's strategic goals. Be proactive in tackling challenges and guiding your team through complexity.Act with urgency: Move quickly to deliver impactful solutions in the fast-paced private markets environment. Prioritise the most critical challenges, remove roadblocks and drive experimentation so we can deliver meaningful value to customers swiftly.Earn trust: Build trust across Titanbay's cross-functional teams by communicating transparently and delivering on your commitments. Seek feedback from design, engineering and commercial teams to ensure alignment and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.What you'll bringCuriosity: A natural drive to understand and simplify complex concepts, with a strong ability to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and translate findings into actionable insights.Relevant experience: At least 3 years Product Management experience, ideally in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS startup or scale-up environment. Bonus points for working on financial products or within private markets!Ideas: A passion for innovation and problem-solving. You will bring fresh ideas, test hypotheses, and rapidly iterate to turn concepts into real-world solutions. You will thrive on driving change and improvement, with a bias for action to turn insights into impactful product decisions.Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, appreciating diverse perspectives and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment where every team member's input is welcomed and encouraged.Adaptability: An openness to new ideas and a willingness to pivot as the business grows and evolves.
