As a Product Manager at Blink, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to launch solutions that make a tangible impact on the daily lives of thousands of frontline workers. Your work will prioritise both business goals and technical constraints, while ensuring the continuous improvement of the product.
What will you be doing? Drive Delivery: Be an embedded member of an engineering team to deliver initiatives from inception to launch. This includes writing detailed user stories, overseeing documentation, conducting training & enablement, and leading post-launch feedback. Prioritise Work: Collaborate with your Engineering Manager to balance business objectives with technical constraints, such as managing technical debt and scalability, while delivering continuous product improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with product designers, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align on product goals and ensure that product execution supports the broader business strategy. Curate the Product Domain: Focus on continuously improving the product with incremental updates that align with our long-term vision of building the best app for frontline workers. Customer Engagement: When required, engage in the sales process to provide product expertise, helping to showcase the value of our product to prospective clients. Engage with existing customers to learn about their use of Blink, how to maximise their value and champion solutions that our customers will love. Ensure Quality: Maintain high-quality standards for product releases, ensuring that everything we ship is user-friendly, well-tested, and functional. About youThe ideal candidate will be inquisitive, a fast learner, and eager to contribute to Blink's growth. You will have:
3+ years product experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in engineering and design. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to balance both technical and business needs. A data-driven mindset, using data and analytics to inform decisions, measure success, and drive continuous product improvement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Experience writing detailed user stories and translating business needs into clear technical requirements. A passion for continuous improvement and delivering scalable solutions.
