Where You Come InWe have a new role in our team for a Senior Product Manager to join us. We need you to come in and help grow our products and deliver on our company strategy. There will be a focus on helping us succeed in the workplace market, where organisations purchase our software to support their employees.
You will manage our new enterprise Hub, to add value to our workplace proposition, and also our TalkType dictation product. CareScribe is a fast-paced business so you will need to be a confident product manager, working within a team which includes Design and User Research.
We need you to be inquisitive to understand our markets and competitor landscape to help us grow and identify new opportunities. Empathy is also really important for our mission-led organisation to understand our users to solve their problems.
What You'll Be DoingThis is a role where you can create and own your product roadmaps, balancing the needs of users and the business. This is a full end-to-end product role so you will be involved right through from concept, defining solutions with design and engineering, delivery through to launch and go to market.
We are highly collaborative so you will work very closely with two engineering teams on the creation of user stories (all our engineers are in-house). There will also be plenty of collaboration across the business, with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
About YouTo be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
Experience of working within a software organisation as a Product Manager, ideally with an understanding of B2B and B2C markets.Confident roadmap prioritisation and clear decision making.Experience of creating epics and user stories.Agile working with sprint teams and ability to iterate towards solutions.An understanding of product analytics and awareness of tools like Mixpanel.Strong stakeholder management with ability to manage conflicting priorities.High user empathy, with a strong interest in supporting people with disabilities.A drive to help CareScribe grow, support more people with disabilities, and to develop yourself on the journey.What We Offer£54,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
