About the Role ICIS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing international product team and play a key role in the development and delivery of ICIS' product portfolio, supporting our customers with the tools and data they need to successfully navigate global value chains every day.
Working closely with customers, the product and technical teams, and a wider group of stakeholders, you will own and develop the commercial roadmap for Insight - the core of ICIS' portfolio that provides customers data and insight into what matters now.
This includes insight, pricing, and fundamental data delivered multichannel.

Responsibilities Own the development and delivery of the product strategy for the Insight portfolio, with the objective of driving commercial outcomes for the company while meeting the ICIS mission to optimize the world's resources.
Manage the product development lifecycle: take bets through the product lifecycle, participating in product discovery and testing, and presenting findings and recommendations to peers and stakeholders.
Maintain customer focus; interact with customers to understand challenges in the industry, gather requirements, and understand key customer needs and market basics, ensuring we build the right things at the right time and coach the team to meet customer needs.
Oversee go-to-market and product marketing lifecycle; work closely with internal business partners (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace, manage customer feedback, and provide input and expertise to marketing and other customer materials.
Support the rollout of new products and features across the business through clear go-to-market launch plans.
Define and prioritize deliverables from design and planning to release while working with technical development teams, UX and design, fellow product managers, and wider stakeholders.
Engage in data-driven decision making and analysis: work closely with the Product Analyst to interrogate and interpret data; drive conclusions from data and recommend and execute relevant actions to help drive further product development and increase customer satisfaction.
Coach and mentor junior members of the team.
Requirements Proven experience in managing complex data products, with the chance to deepen your expertise in commodity market data; experience in commodities is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to bridge product strategy with technical implementation across different channels such as web, cloud, and data integration.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills with all parts of the organization, independent of deliverables.
Able to influence stakeholders with soft power and guide towards desired outcomes.
Thrives in ambiguity and is a critical thinker; sees ambiguity as an opportunity to shine, simplifies problems, and guides the organization towards clear decisions.
