As a Senior Product Manager, you'll join Cleo's Growth pillar, focusing on prompts and upsells, a critical channel for driving user engagement and retention. This role is central to delivering our strategy to elevate prompts into a core part of our CRM ecosystem. You will lead efforts to enhance product features, build infrastructure for in-app marketing, and drive significant growth by focusing on user financial health.
You'll own the entire lifecycle of prompts and upsells, from ideation to execution, ensuring they deliver real value to users and align with our broader CRM strategy. Lead the centralisation of in-app marketing into one system to allow for consistent design, better data collection, and faster updates without the need for app releases.Key Responsibilities Own OKRs and Goals: Ensure alignment between business needs and user impact through data-driven decision-making.Customer Insights & Data: Use research and analytics to drive decisions and inform strategy.Experiment & Iterate: Work iteratively, testing new product features and upsell opportunities with a "test & learn" mindset.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to drive product growth and optimisation.Team Leadership & Growth: Motivate and lead your squad, fostering a positive, energetic team environment. What We're Looking For 3+ years in Product Management: Focus on consumer product growth and optimisation, ideally with experience in CRM, prompts, and upsells.Data-Driven: Expertise in leveraging analytics and customer insights to inform product decisions and drive measurable outcomes.Strong Communication: Able to align stakeholders across teams and communicate a clear product vision.Strategic Mindset: Experience involving product squads in strategic decision-making processes, with a focus on long-term impact.Hands-On Leadership: Willing to own problems end-to-end and dive deep into new knowledge areas, whilst driving meaningful impact and getting things done.Growth Focus: Proven ability to identify optimisation opportunities, push boundaries, and deliver continuous product improvements.Who You Are Action-Oriented: Quick to take initiative and execute under pressure.Resilient: You thrive in challenging environments, maintaining focus on long-term objectives.Impactful Storyteller: Skilled at articulating product impacts and vision, supported by data.Collaborative: Comfortable working across diverse teams, ensuring shared success.Agile and Adaptable: Experienced in managing growth in fast-paced environments, particularly in regulated consumer products. How long will the process take?
