Transportation business forms a key part of Amazon's supply chain, which strives to honour customer promise by delivering packages within the same day or next day. Our Fleet team manages end-to-end lifecycle of assets required for this business. This includes procuring asset capacity, ensuring uptime and availability at the right location at the right time. One of our key levers is to deploy technology products and drive programs to optimise cost while ensuring availability of assets for the business.

EU Fleet team is looking for an experienced and motivated individual who would be able to innovate and drive implementation of the solutions to achieve fleet goals. You will define the EU roadmap for specific products, some of which are first of its kind and unique to EU requirements. Since these are new products, you are expected to be comfortable with ambiguity, be customer obsessed, bring different product teams together, build consensus on the roadmap and work with stakeholders to deliver. You will own and drive delivery timelines and product metrics. We strongly believe in a Day 1 mentality and this would demand extreme level of agility and making quick trade-offs in the solves. Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive roadmap for focus topics and relevant metrics
- Distil clear requirements from large and diverse sets of customers and partners
- Develop PRFAQs for product proposals
- Discover business and tech stakeholders, drive product discussions and influence priorities across cross-functional leaders
- Actively execute trade-offs to deliver MLPs with a line of sight on the long term solve.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
