The Polish team is hiring for a Sr.
Product Manager (fixed contract) to help with efforts in improving customer experience.

Sr.
Product Manager will have ownership of a number of multiple strategic projects and initiatives, and will enjoy a high amount of autonomy.
Key job responsibilities Assessing customer experience gaps and opportunities to determine the best path forward and developing scalable plans to deliver the improvements.
Owning the selection funnel, identifying scalable initiatives to efficiently move selection from listing to first sale.
Coordinating priorities and projects with central teams, external data providers, and business teams to identify and offer relevant selection to customers with competitive prices.
Working collaboratively and transparently with senior business teams across different geographies, to ensure customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science 5+ years of experience in program or project management Strong analytical skills.
Able to drive decisions based on data Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate with, and persuade others is required.
Must be flexible and demonstrate strong judgment / decision-making skills, build a course of action, analyze trade-offs, and make recommendations in ambiguous situations.
Relentless drive for results in fast-paced environment 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Demonstrated ability to challenge the status-quo and champion best-in-class solutions and problem solving Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
