The Global Products & Analytics team within the commercial data and technology group (Digital Fuel) is driving a fundamental transformation building new, advanced capabilities in customer segmentation, omnichannel measurement, campaign measurement, channel and data orchestration, marketing decision engines, and much more.
This role will be accountable for identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, ultimately driving a product vision, strategy, and corresponding roadmap for global content platforms and processes to support the organization's omnichannel ambitions.
They will need to balance business and customer needs while simultaneously improving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the product teams to deliver best-in-class content platforms to support and modernize the end-to-end global-to-local content supply chain.
The Senior Manager will be accountable for establishing and implementing a cohesive strategy for the foundational content platforms and processes that enable content creation within the global content supply chain, including DAM (Brand Hub), content taxonomy, content effectiveness tracking, content traceability, while maintaining a close partnership with the Content Lab product team.
They will lead product discovery by leveraging data, research, and market analysis.
In addition, they will work directly with the Product Manager, Content Platform, closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) and liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective rollout of new features globally.
